I led the Art Direction of the entire project—from the design of the publication to its rollout strategy and public launch. My role involved shaping how the anthology would be experienced across print, event, and digital contexts. This included publication layout, visual identity, editorial flow, reader communications, and the curation of a community-first launch experience.
